YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Manage customer reservations via phone, email, or video calls.
- Promote additional sales and improvements.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Customer Orientation: You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
- Effective Communication: You possess skills to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration.
- Flexibility: You can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for night shifts.

- German proficiency with fluent English skills.

- Professional experience with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Technical skills with proven MS Office knowledge.
- Flexibility to work remotely from home, Monday to Sunday.
