Restoration Supervisor – SERVPRO of North Pensacola
As the front‐line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor coordinates, monitors, and performs work activities on projects to fulfil service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control.
Manage customer & client experience, tracking satisfaction via online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Document detailed and accurate job files to support the services provided.
Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
Communicate with the restoration project manager and office staff regarding project progress and issues.
Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
Protect and properly use equipment and materials.
Coach and train restoration technicians.
Position Requirements
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
IICRC certification a plus, not required.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
Compensation
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour.
