Things You'll Do

- Drive our business forward\nby reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
\n
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans.\nUsing a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
\n
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family\nby strategically cross-selling into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other shiny, new products and solutions.
\n
- Collaborate daily\nwith both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
\n
\nOur idóneo candidate has :\n
\n
- Experience in building a portfolio of prospects from scratch, with multi-country clients, have experience in driving end to end Sales cycles
\n
- 5-8 years successful sales experience in business-to-business sales experience in Large or Enterprise / Global Accounts environment
\n
- Outbound prospecting & independent territory management
\n
- Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.
\n
- A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
\n
- Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
\n
- Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
\n
- Fluent in both Finnish\nand English
\n
\nBonus points for:\n
\n
- Experience in making territory plans, targeting verticals, outbound sales activity,
\n
- Experience in working with clients with a multi-level DMU,
\n
- A background in selling SAAS solutions, Payroll, financial services, HCM, ERP, or CRM platforms,
\n
- Experience with LinkedIn sales navigator and Salesforce.
