We are seeking an International Enrolment Officer to join our friendly and dynamic International Enrolment team based in Marbella. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading international education group and play a key role in supporting our integral admissions and enrolment operations.

In this role, you will support assigned international markets by ensuring a smooth, professional and efficient admissions and enrolment process across all programmes. You will work closely with recruitment teams, the wider International Enrolment function, and internal stakeholders to manage applicant pipelines, process applications, and help maximise conversion. Your Role
- Support the effective management of applicant pipelines for assigned markets, ensuring opportunities progress through each stage
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system based on applicant and recruitment team feedback
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews to identify risks and support action plans to improve conversion
- Coordinate payment reminders and document‑chasing campaigns in collaboration with Finance and recruitment teams
- Ensure applicants receive timely support with visa application requirements where applicable
- Process applications and ensure offer decisions are fair, consistent, and in line with academic entry requirements
- Develop knowledge of standard and non‑standard entry qualifications across Sommet Education programmes
- Ensure all admissions files are complete and ready for offer‑making within agreed SLAs
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high levels of customer service
- Provide support across the wider International Enrolment team when required
About you
You bring relevant experience in admissions, enrolment, customer service, or a similar operational or administrative environment, ideally within education or an international organisation. You are confident managing multiple priorities and enjoy working with detailed processes, data, and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
You are highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and you take pride in delivering a high standard of service to applicants and internal stakeholders.
You are fluent in written and spoken English and have strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage, as is fluency in additional languages. A degree or equivalent relevant experience is desirable.
