Key Activities
 * Provide support to the Architectural and Interior Design Director, focusing on delivering the right design standards for each project.
 * Manage, execute, complete, and handover multiple design projects (existing and new building hotels) to ensure RHG standards are achieved in all properties.
 * Ensure projects meet RHG design guidelines for all new managed and franchised openings.
 * Control all aspects of the projects, including planning, budget control, implementation, and reporting.
 * Conduct global look & feel control and approval for new openings and repositioning projects.
 * Prepare feasibility reports and review refurbishment scopes for repositioning and new openings.
 * Maintain knowledge and control of all pipeline projects in preparation for handover to Operations.
 * Deliver high-quality projects on time, within approved budgets, and without compromising on quality & safety.
 * Interact with HQ and ASO procurement for opportunities and hotel operations projects.
 * Maintain reporting and filing formats at the Architectural and Interior Design Director’s office, and provide regular reporting.
 * Support the Architectural and Interior Design Director in establishing an efficient operation by continuously monitoring progress and implementing KPI reviews as requested.
 * Drive project initiatives to achieve corporate targets.
 * Support repositioning, procurement synergies, and value engineering.
 * Provide technical services to stakeholders and support pipeline delivery.
Requirements
 * Minimum education: National academic qualifications in Architectural or Interior Design degree or a Technical Degree.
 * Minimum experience: Extensive hotel experience, 5–10 years.
 * Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English and French;
 other languages desirable but not key.
 * Required certificates: Certified architectural or Interior Design or technical degree.
