🔍 About the Role
Our client is expanding their European design footprint and seeking a high-energy, trend‑driven Ladies’ Wear Designer to work closely with their fast fashion clients in Spain and across Europe.
This role combines creative design, client collaboration, and commercial strategy, making it ideal for someone with strong fast fashion intuition and confidence in representing a major manufacturer to global brands.
✨ What You’ll Do
* Design trend-right Ladies’ Wear collections for fast fashion clients.
* Build CLO 3D designs, virtual samples & digital presentations.
* Participate in buyer meetings & support design communication with EU clients.
* Work with China / HK / SEA product development teams to turn concepts into production-ready pieces.
* Support business development with design pitches, trend packs & sales presentations.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
Hard Skills
* 7+ years of experience in cut sewn & woven fashion design (ideally from mass retail).
* Strong proficiency in CLO 3D (required).
* Solid understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior.
* Experience working with Asian garment suppliers is a plus.
Soft Skills
* Proactive, independent, and reliable with strong work ethics.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across cultures.
* Strong commercial mindset—designing what sells, not just what looks good.
* Creative, agile, and comfortable with fast-paced fashion cycles.
