Job Description
HR Generalist/Supervisor
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.Administer compensation and benefit plans, including payroll coordination.Support employees on HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, resolving issues promptly.Promote HR programs to foster an efficient, conflict-free workplace.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.Manage performance and reward systems.Gather and analyze HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates.Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.Maintain employee records in electronic and paper formats.Enhance job satisfaction through issue resolution, benefits, and team-building activities.Ensure HR compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.Conduct assessments of performance management systems and recommend improvements.Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to leadership.Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.Support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
Preferably a four-year degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years as an HR Generalist, with a minimum of 1 year in office administration, recruitment, C&B, HR planning, organizational development, performance management, and labor relations.
