Key Responsibilities:
* Provide medical leadership to study teams, including creating clinical trial protocols, reviewing and approving study documents, and ensuring compliance with GCP and SOPs.
* Monitor clinical studies in real-time, ensuring medical validity and patient safety, and addressing issues proactively.
* Support protocol reviews, site selection, and liaise with sponsors and internal departments throughout study phases.
* Act as the medical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, IRBs, and health authorities.
* Ensure study compliance with all medical and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage medical risks and communicate results effectively.
We welcome candidates with senior-level experience in strategic development and a strong background in rheumatology.
Qualifications:
* MD, MB / BS or equivalent, with clinical experience in Rheumatology.
* Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical trials, and pharmaceutical medicine.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Experience with NDA submissions and adverse event reporting regulations.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
