In this role you will drive energy efficiency and decarbonization at Airbus’ Sevilla sites as part of the FMRE team, bridging technical energy management with sustainability roadmaps. You will lead ISO 50001 implementation, oversee turnkey efficiency projects, and optimize energy costs and contracts. Your work will enable safe, efficient production while advancing Airbus’ environmental commitments. You’ll collaborate with production and engineering teams to deliver measurable sustainability impact and digitalized energy insights.

• Implement the FMRE sustainability roadmap at the site level focusing on decarbonization, energy reduction, and resource efficiency
• Lead the Energy Management System (ISO 50001) ensuring compliance, audits, and continuous improvement
• Manage turnkey efficiency projects (CAPEX/OPEX) from technical assessment to execution
• Oversee energy billing, supply contracts, and budgets for cost-optimization
• Drive digitalization using tools (e.g., BMS, eSight) for real-time data analysis and optimization
• Coordinate with Production and FALs to balance operations with energy-saving targets and governance
Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree with Master level preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Energy Management and Sustainability in industrial environments
• Proven expertise in ISO 50001 standards, energy markets, and digital energy monitoring tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical xpzdshu mindset, and proactive approach
• Advanced English and Spanish (C1)
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain and support FMRE broader functions
