## MRO controller in Operations F&C (temp Agency)Applylocations: Sevilla Areatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR10419850****Job Description:****An opportunity for MRO controller in Operations F&C has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla)The PMBC team is in charge of the Strategic Procurement of the composites materials through the related MFT for the complete Airbus Group, through the Procurement Synergy Group.**Responsibilities**You will perform a complete set of finance activities:Integration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at MRO in TFAOG level following a standard and agile process to increase the operational synergies and support its competitiveness.Definition, prioritization and management of transversal projects for MRO.Transformation projects for MRO in order to find synergies and efficiency that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out.Conso Workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAOG.Automatization processes participation and tools to optimise the resource planChallenge the MRO business to ensure an accurate performance planning.Decision-making support to the MRO controller TFAOG and operative areas.Generating the following outputs:Common procedures and ways of working to assure the efficiency performance of the matrix organization by programs, functions and legal entities.Financial driver analysis and reporting of the activity performance (budgets by cost centers and Programs), workload controlling, etc.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth**What we are looking for:**Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalentExcellent financial skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convinceAble to anticipate, assess and mitigate risksExcellent skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict managementNegotiation level of English**WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?**At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
