Pb Purpose of the Role: /b /pp The Regional Graphic Designer Brand Specialist leads and advises on the development and execution of visually compelling design strategies that enhance brand identity, support marketing campaigns, and ensure consistency across all ISP schools in the Iberia region. This role is critical in creating impactful design solutions that elevate the ISP brand, drive engagement, and reinforce a strong, credible public image. It shapes visual communications for both online and offline platforms, drives brand awareness, and supports ISP schools in becoming the em“Schools of Choice” /em in their local markets. The role also contributes to lead generation, customer experience and digital execution through close coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager and school-level teams. /p pb Key responsibilities /b /p pb1. Creative design and brand leadership /b /pulli Lead the creation of visual assets and branding solutions across all schools and regional campaigns, from conceptualisation to final execution. /lili Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of the brand identity across all visual platforms and touchpoints (digital, print, environmental and event branding). /lili Develop illustrations, logos, infographics and other design assets that reflect the brand#39;s core values, look and feel. /lili Create and maintain style guides, templates and branding guidelines to standardise design output across all communication channels. /lili Manage visual consistency and brand governance across all schools and regional touchpoints. /lili Collaborate with marketing teams to strategise creative campaigns that align with brand messaging and target audiences. /li /ul pb2. Campaign creative and digital execution /b /pulli Adapt outdoor and digital campaigns into multiple formats, languages and platforms, ensuring consistency across markets. /lili Support online campaign copy adaptations and creative execution in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager. /lili Design and create landing pages aligned with campaign objectives and conversion goals. /lili Support UTM management and tracking implementation for campaign performance measurement. /lili Produce digital advertising assets, social media creatives, banners and other paid media collateral. /li /ul pb3. Website and digital channels management /b /pulli Manage and support the regional and school websites, ensuring content, design and imagery are up-to-date, on-brand and relevant. /lili Maintain landing pages, intranet and SharePoint content (WordPress, HTML, basic CSS). /lili Manage social media for ISP regional channels — including content design, scheduling support and visual storytelling. /lili Develop visual content for school social media strategies in coordination with school marketing leads. /li /ul pb4. Video production and multimedia content /b /pulli Create and edit video content, including coverage of strategic projects such as TEDx, Forbes events and other regional flagship initiatives. /lili Produce post-production deliverables (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) for both campaign and brand activation use. /lili Experiment with new design formats, animations, motion graphics and video formats for digital channels. /li /ul pb5. Marketing collateral and school materials /b /pulli Produce brochures, prospectuses, flyers, billboards, newsletters, press dossiers, pop-ups, banners and other offline corporate materials. /lili Design merchandising and school-branding materials (uniforms, signage, indoor branding, environmental graphics). /lili Develop ILOS corners and other in-school physical brand activations. /lili Provide final production artwork for various media, ensuring all design assets meet current branding standards. /li /ul pb6. Operational integrations and platform support /b /pulli Support Canva, iSAMS, admissions forms and other operational platform integrations where design and branding consistency are required. /lili Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admissions, IT, HR) to integrate design elements into broader operational projects. /lili Develop and maintain inbound marketing templates, internal communication formats and document templates. /li /ul pb7. Content development and internal communications /b /pulli Develop and design content for newsletters, blogs, inbound templates and internal communications. /lili Collaborate with schools to ensure content aligns with their identity and ISP branding, supporting consistent use of their stories and promises across all touchpoints. /lili Support the development of storytelling assets for admissions, parent engagement and community communications. /li /ul pb8. School support and rapid-response design /b /pulli Support schools with day-to-day design requests and urgent campaign rollouts, balancing strategic and tactical workloads. /lili Provide individual support to school marketing teams, helping them accomplish their design goals and ensuring alignment with overall regional strategy. /lili Guide school marketing teams, fostering a culture of creative excellence and adherence to brand guidelines. /li /ul pb9. Asset management and brand library /b /pulli Curate, archive and manage a data bank of suitable images, including in-house photography and digitally manipulated images. /lili Conduct regular audits of visual assets to ensure consistency and update materials to maintain brand relevance. /lili Maintain a centralised repository of templates, brand assets and design components for school use. /li /ul pb10. Event coordination and on-site brand activation /b /pulli Coordinate the creative and branding elements of regional events (TEDx, Forbes, ranking events, school showcases). /lili Manage on-site branding execution including signage, stage design, printed materials and visual experience. /lili Support event logistics from a creative and visual production standpoint. /li /ul pb11. External agencies, suppliers and production partners /b /pulli Coordinate with external agencies, printers, suppliers and freelancers to ensure timely and quality production of marketing materials. /lili Manage briefs, deadlines, budgets and quality control with external partners. /lili Negotiate and monitor delivery against agreed standards and timelines. /li /ul pb12. Innovation and trend monitoring /b /pulli Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends, tools and technologies, ensuring all designs are modern, effective and impactful. /lili Experiment with new formats — animations, AI-assisted design tools, interactive content, Online Flipbooks, Google Sites — to keep ISP at the forefront of visual communication. /lili Ensure all visual communications are accessible and responsive, with particular attention to UX/UI design principles. /li /ul pb13. Project and campaign management /b /pulli Lead multiple projects simultaneously across brand identity, advertising, online and offline campaigns, design briefs, layouts and final artwork. /lili Analyse and interpret project briefs, ensuring a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to deliver tailored design solutions. /lili Schedule and manage projects, keeping track of requests and providing up-to-date reports on design progress to the Regional Head of Marketing Communications. /li /ul pb14.
