At CACESA, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our People & Culture team as a Recruitment & HR Administration Specialist. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, and candidate communication.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and support efficient hiring processes.Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.Support general HR administration tasks, including document management, reporting, and coordination with external providers. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both, written and spoken).Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is a plus.
