We’re building a high-performance outbound engine targeting the UK market - and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative who knows how to consistently generate qualified pipeline in a SaaS and/or AI environment.
This is not a junior entry role.
We’re looking for someone who has already done this before — and done it well.
You will own the top of the funnel, working closely with Account Executives to create real revenue impact.
Tasks
* Own and drive the top of the sales funnel for the UK market
* Generate high-quality, qualified meetings with decision‑makers (HR, Finance, C‑level)
* Work primarily on high‑intent leads (≈10%) + targeted outbound (≈90%)
* Run structured qualification to ensure only relevant opportunities move forward
* Build and execute smart outbound strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn, AI‑supported outreach)
* Collaborate closely with AEs to convert meetings into revenue
* Use modern GTM tools, CRM systems, and AI tools to maximise output
* Continuously optimise messaging, targeting, and approach based on results
Requirements
* 2+ years experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS and/or AI
* Proven track record of booking qualified meetings in the UK market
* Experience selling into mid‑market and/or enterprise stakeholders
* Strong understanding of UK buyer psychology and sales cycles
* Native or near‑native English (mandatory)
* Confident communicator — comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers
* Highly structured, disciplined, and results‑driven
* Strong outbound skills (not just lead qualification)
* Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, and AI tools
* Self‑starter mentality — you take ownership and deliver

Compensation (100% Transparent)
* Base Salary: €32,500 – €38,000 (Spain, full‑time employment)
* Commission: €50 per qualified meeting; €100 per qualified meeting starting from the 20th meeting/month
* Uncapped earnings — your output defines your income

* Remote‑first role (Malaga Area - potentially 1 day / week in office)
* Mandatory onboarding week in Málaga (team alignment, training, ramp‑up)
