Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud / FSL, Marketing Cloud) with a strong technical background.
* Provide support for Salesforce projects and change requests from a functional standpoint.
* Gather and analyze business requirements and act as a translator between the business and IT.
* Prioritize requirements based on business needs.
* Lead ongoing meetings required to support project implementation, gathering critical information.
* Work closely with stakeholders (end users, technicians, managerial staff).
* Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
* Facilitate user acceptance testing.
* Ensure proper documentation of the project.
* Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
* Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Understand and track all enhancement requests, including detailed needs and requirements.
* Work closely with team and leadership to provide harmonized and sustainable solutions.
* Deep understanding of integrations (Informatica, SAP desirable).
Experience :
5+ years of Salesforce experience required, including :
* Experience with configuration basics : roles, profiles, fields, page layouts, validation, workflow, workbench, process builder, process flow, ERP integration concepts / specs.
* Salesforce certification is desirable but not required.
* Experience with Apex, writing and supporting triggers, etc., is a plus.
* Understanding of the full development cycle.
