The Inventory Management Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks related to inbound/outbound inventory and logistics across the Gallarta site. **This is a full time position** (40 hours per week) working Monday to Friday on-site.**
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Support the administrative inbound of Finished Goods manufactured on-site.
- Assist in the cycle counting inventory process and the management of annual stock takings.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to re-labeling, expiration date extensions, and other inventory adjustments.
- Support administrative tasks related to KPI reporting (costs, volumes, service, etc.).
- Assist in the administrative management in SAP of inventory movements between European warehouses to ensure a consistent supply of ink to Sun Chemical’s customers.
- Organize urgent transports (FEDEX, TNT, air freights, urgent vans) to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of orders to final customers.
**Required Qualifications**
- Background**in administration or a related field
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in Supply planning / inventory management / logistics in a production environment would be advantagious
- Advanced Excel user: Strong knowledge and experience working with Excel.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish
