Position Overview
The role, which is part of the GBFS organization, will maintain product costs and intercompany prices in all ERP systems across the EMEA region. The responsibilities include analyzing and providing timely standard reporting of cost variations and explanations of variances to strategic business partners and business analysts (when applicable). Additionally, the role supports internal controls compliance and financial audits at legal entities, focusing on activities that can be managed remotely.

EMEA Costing Manager
Performance Objectives & Major Deliverables
1. Product Costing
o Calculation of quarterly standard costs.
o Analysis of raw materials and other variables impacting costs.
o Support in the annual upload process of manufacturing rates.
o Ensure proper upload of intercompany prices for calculated products.
2. Audit & SOX
o Support plant for audit matters related to reconciliation and explanation of system-driven transactions, including inventories, Magna Carta, and inventory valuation.
o Assist with closing accounting processes such as volumes reporting, control of goods in transit, accruals, and SSPL reclassification as needed to ensure correct responsibility assignment.
3. Inventory Control
o Monitor and report the evolution of SSPL & Magna Carta reports.
