The role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Product team. Shalion is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of two of our core products:
* Digital Shelf Maestro is focused on helping manufacturers optimize their e-commerce presence.
* Commerce Media Intelligence, supporting marketing agencies with actionable insights
This is a senior-level role (5–10 years of experience) for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven tech environment and wants to make a real impact on the future of e-commerce analytics.
Your Responsibilities
* Own the full product lifecycle for two products of Shalion's portfolio, Digital Shelf Maestro and Commerce Media Intelligence.
* Translate customer needs into actionable product features and improvements
* Define and track key success metrics
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and impactful delivery
* Help shape the future of Shalion's product portfolio
* Lead a team of Data Analysts

Your profile should include the following:
* Solid experience as a Product Manager in a tech or data-driven company
* Comfortable working hands-on — must be able to write SQL and explore datasets independently.
* Attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills – you'll work closely with data, engineering, design, and commercial teams
* Experience with dashboarding or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Willingness to learn. Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience in a tech scale-up
* Knowledge of the e-commerce industry
