We seek a dynamic IT Senior Business Analyst responsible for Service Management at the terminal level, including Service Requests, Demands, and Change Management. You will monitor business demands, align requirements, support IT budgeting, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and adopt new IT capabilities.
This role requires full-time onsite presence.
Principal Accountabilities
* Maintain and improve best practices, driving continuous improvement.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
* Manage project resources and ensure quality standards are met.
* Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycle.
* Track procurement and licensing management.
* Collaborate with terminal operations to improve business processes.
* Serve as liaison between business units and IT.
* Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
* Identify opportunities to modernize and standardize the terminal IT portfolio.
* Research and analyze improvement opportunities, prepare recommendations.
* Enhance IT reporting, ITSM, and performance measurement.
* Develop ongoing training plans.
* Coordinate with HoIT on global and local programs and demands.
* Define and manage terminal demands, prioritize, and facilitate execution.
* Support the overall terminal change agenda and budget planning.
* Gather requirements, translate into specifications.
* Manage ITSM Change Management per RACI matrix.
* Provide KPI analysis and improvement plans to the Head of IT.
* Promote synergies and standardize procedures across terminals.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* Experience with Agile and ITIL frameworks.
* Proficient in PowerBI, reporting, and KPI development.
* Technical background in networks and infrastructure (VMWare, Cisco).
* Project management experience.
* End-user support or service request management experience.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in English.
