Overview
BRAND MANAGER KENWOOD & NUTRIBULLET role at De'Longhi Group — Spain. This role focuses on two key brands: Nutribullet and Kenwood. You will own the product life cycle and brand strategy for these brands within the Spanish market, reporting to the Marketing Manager and driving growth while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing plans and strategies for Nutribullet and Kenwood in Spain.
* Generate consumer and customer insights to support brand propositions, drawing on launches and in-life campaigns.
* Identify and initiate strategic brand partnerships to expand market reach and visibility.
* Initiate and develop brand- and product-related communications aligned with global positioning and guidelines.
* Ensure brand consistency across all assets and channels.
* Track and analyze category and product performance, leveraging data (e.g., GfK) to derive actionable recommendations.
* Conduct in-depth product benchmarking and testing to assess competition.
* Create and manage agency and partner relationships.
* Interface with Sales/Commercial to align on customer-facing communication topics.
* Manage the NPI process and successful product launches.
* Responsible for the BTL budget and adherence.
* Coordinate with Marketing, ATL, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
* Support the Marketing Manager in product and experience development.
Qualifications and Education
* University Degree in Business Management, Marketing, MBA.
* Proficiency in Spanish (spoken & written).
* Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar position (2 years) as brand manager, preferably in consumer goods or small domestic appliances.
