Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume restaurant
Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, maintaining profitability, and developing supplier relationships
Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor a cohesive team
Executive Chef – Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Background in high-quality dining environments, including pubs or restaurants renowned for cuisine excellence
Expertise in Mediterranean-style cooking
Fluency in Spanish and English
Legal eligibility to live and work in Spain
at least one member of the team must hold a valid driver’s license
