businesses are struggling to get access to the skills necessary not only to get ahead, but to survive in an increasingly tech-driven worldWe are looking for Event Specialists to work with one of our clients - a leading global pharmaceutical company located in Catalonia, Spain.Responsibilities:- The Events Specialist will centrally manage virtual events and webinars, ensuring understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and optimization of these events.- To transform campaign briefings into workflows, deliveries, and event configurations using Adobe Campaign, SpotMe, and Cvent.- Responsibilities include designing and developing virtual event templates and ensuring adherence to service setups.- The role also involves modifying and maintaining landing page templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- To drive attendance campaigns and work closely with global affiliate colleagues.What we are looking for?- Bachelor's degree in business administration digital marketing or marketing technology preferred, or bachelor's degree in technical studies.- Previous experience with technically configuring virtual events and webinars experience with Cvent. Knowledge in SpotMe and Zoom would be preferred.- 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign is preferred).- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure.- Client management skills, including managing work intake using Jira & MS Teams and deescalating incidents that impact customers.- Openness to learning new tools and technical concepts.- Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy, or other project delivery environment;
or experience in Service Center set ups, including process optimization.- Past exposure to email marketing concepts;
HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred- Previous exposure to databases and data management concepts, including SQL and ETL skills.- Strong project management skills, creative thinker, quick learner, and open to changes- A can-do mentality with a desire to work with and for people around the globe.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently across functional initiatives (with skill in interpreting to non-technical audiences) and with the ability to interface with customers across global- Markets.- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.- Languages: English (B2+/C1).
