Overview
In this role you drive the growth of Q‑SYS across Southern Europe, partnering with internal teams and distributors to expand market presence. You shape regional go‑to‑market plans and manage key stakeholder relationships to accelerate adoption. You will balance pipeline, product mix, and budgets while staying customer‑focused and data‑driven. * Design and implement a strategic plan to grow Q‑SYS market share in the territory and channel accounts
* Develop and manage senior‑level relationships with distributors, business development resources, and internal teams
* Maintain and develop the CRM database (opportunities, pipeline, activities, contacts)
* Achieve business results aligned with budgets and regional objectives (product mix and focus)
* Respond to inquiries via phone, video, email, and visits
* Contribute to market research, competitor and customer surveys with product teams
* Coordinate with other functions to support business development and organizational goals
* Attend industry training to enhance performance and stay current
* Monitor activities and provide management information to stakeholders
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
* Strong organizational ability and prioritization
* High emotional intelligence and self‑motivation
* Excellent presentation and influencing abilities
* Professional communication in English; fluent Spanish or Italian (spoken and written)
* Experience proposing AV or IT infrastructure solutions
* Experience selling through distribution or direct channels; knowledge of indirect channels desirable
* Salesforce CRM experience or similar is desirable
