We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager (Content, Community & Performance) to join an early-stage electric mobility startup creating a new category in urban transportation. This role will be essential in building the direct-to-consumer marketing engine, shaping brand presence, and attracting the first wave of customers across European cities.
Responsibilities
Build and execute the digital marketing strategy from scratch. (please don't apply if you don't have this experience).
Set up and manage the marketing tech stack (e-commerce, CRM, email, analytics).
Create high-performing content across digital channels.
Build and activate online and offline communities.
Analyse performance, track KPIs and optimise campaigns.
Identify and activate strategic brand collaborations.
Requirements
Experience in digital marketing for consumer-facing brands.
Strong storytelling skills with a hands-on content mindset.
Experience working with performance marketing tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
Comfortable working autonomously in early-stage environments.
Based in Belgium, Italy or Spain.
Availability for occasional travel.
