This role provides critical support to the D365 transformation program, ensuring coordination, follow-up, and delivery across multiple workstreams. Acting as a central connector within the program, the position supports PMO activities, facilitates cross-team collaboration, and helps maintain execution discipline during key phases such as mock runs, UAT preparation, and ongoing program coordination.The role is essential to mitigate execution risk and ensure that activities progress as planned in a fast-paced and high dependency environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Support PMO coordination activities within the D365 programAct as an end-to-end connector between different teams and workstreamsTrack actions, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely executionFollow up on open items and support disciplined delivery of commitmentsAssist with planning and coordination for mock runs and UAT preparationMaintain structured reporting, documentation, and status updatesSupport meetings, action tracking, and decision follow-upContribute to overall program organization and workload management
