Position: Global LLP Product Development and Innovation Manager (m / f / x)
Join us as a Global LLP Product Development and Innovation Manager and lead the transformation of our LLP product portfolio into a cutting-edge, digital service offering. In this role, you will coordinate new product additions, monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and engage with customers to identify opportunities and validate product demand.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create actionable product blueprints and work with product leads to execute development and marketing plans that drive growth and optimization. Your insights into customer behaviour will help shape innovative business models for product design and branding in new markets.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for the development and management of LLP portfolio towards a digital, innovative LLP SC services creation
* Builds product development hypotheses, defines required methods and data and engages with customers to validate product demand and improvements needed
* Gather inputs of customers feedback about LLP products, analyses data and defines the roadmap for feedback implementation (e.g., product NPS)
* Develop relationships and closely collaborate with cross functional teams in DSC and in DHL to get their inputs on LLP products to further refine them (e.g., DSC regions and other Accelerated Growth Solutions, DGF, CSI) and with SC insights to assess market needs
* Generate new Business Development opportunities by shortlisting customers with account management teams or sector leads and build customer relationships
* Monitor industry trends, drive market research and its validation to better understand customer requirements and identify product gaps and opportunities within the industry
* Identify standardization elements in products and services, work with Marketing to build a pipeline and implement them
* Create products blueprints, along with commercially attractive business cases and align it with the LLP Leadership
* Ability to work effectively in global matrix environment, and reach buy-in from regions, and other functions
Qualifications
* A proven track record in complex global, regional, and local matrix environments, preferably within various DHL Business Units
* Product management and innovation related experience in the Supply Chain sector, covering warehousing, transportation, and solution design
* Strong relationship-building skills
* A degree-level education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development is preferred
