Role Responsibilities
* Reporting to the sales team of each Vertical, the sales analyst & support ensures the offer optimization of an Account Manager by making range & price recommendations following his/her analysis.
* By gathering all the elements from the brand (offer, price, and final stocks), the analyst works with the Account Manager to put the best possible offer online and ensures a support and coordination role for the buyer’s activity.
Tasks
* Activity 1 : Analytical Management
o Analyze the offer and make recommendations to the buyers to ensure its attractiveness. Preparation of the analysis to guarantee attractiveness – Analysis of the following data: composition of the offer (key categories, volume per reference, cross‑checking with previous sales), catalogue information (references, sizes, colours, refco, category, shipping strategy), KPIs of negotiation (purchase price, retail price, sales price, margin, discount, taxes), comparison with previous sales (price, sell‑through, operation code, date, logistic flow, breakdown by country); analyse competitive intelligence (manual or automated).
o Provide pricing and margin recommendations using available tools, recommending the Buyer and Content Manager to optimize range, stock, and price for online placement.
o Prepare end‑of‑sales reports and analyse improvement levers for next operations.
* Activity 2 : Commercial Management
o Preparation of presentation materials for brand meetings with mi‑tic reports and participation when necessary.
o Commercial backup throughout the process up to the closing of the operation.
o Daily support in the commercial relationship with the brand (calls and emails).
* Activity 3 : Operational Management
o Ensure good operational management of sales in direct relation with the commercial partner.
o Coordinate contractual management with partners and manage first‑level disputes.
o Transmit details of the commercial offer to Data Coordinators to ensure data integration.
o Ensure sale data safety by confirming offer, final prices, and stocks are received on time, working alongside the content manager.
* Activity 4 : Inventory tracking (if required)
o Sales returns management.
o Inventory optimisation: internal inventory breakdown and management of reinjections.
Must Have Skills
* Professional training and experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business; prior significant experience in a similar position.
* Good sense of organization and service.
* Dependable, detail‑oriented, with strong analytical skills.
* Ability to prioritise autonomously.
* Adaptable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
* High proficiency in Google Apps and Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Professional proficiency in Spanish & English.
