We're #Hiring : Senior Project Manager
Remote from Spain |Occasional Travel to Madrid & the US |Immediate Start
We're an international tech consulting firm based in Spain, working with clients across the US. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic IT projects and serve as the link between our clients, business stakeholders, and development team.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the planning and execution of complex software and tech projects.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable tasks for the dev team.
* Facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams.
* Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies to adapt to each project's needs.
* Prepare high-quality documentation : requirements, progress reports, user manuals, and presentations.
* Help keep the team focused and organized using tools like Jira .
What We’re Looking For
* 4–6 years’ experience managing IT projects, ideally in international environments.
* Strong understanding of software development workflows and team dynamics.
* Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
* Experience with Agile methodologies; certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1 / C2) for daily interaction with US clients.
* A proactive, curious, and organized person who brings ideas to improve team performance.
* Based in Spain, with occasional availability to travel to Madrid and the US.
