As a Patient Management Technical Consultant for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), you will provide daily interactions with the field through digital health capabilities, offering cardiac patient management solutions within Medtronic CRM Spain Organization.
The Patient Management organization focuses on building an agile ecosystem comprising programmers for implantable cardiac devices, remote monitoring networks, patient management services, and data analysis to empower healthcare providers and patients with actionable insights, elevating the standard of care throughout the patient's journey with an implantable cardiac device.
You will collaborate closely with the local CRM Country Field organization at customer sites in Spain, connect with Customer IT Stakeholders in hospitals, and align on implementation, connectivity, deployment, and training of the Patient Management Solutions portfolio.
You will execute local business plans, coordinated with Patient Management, CRM OU, and SHQ Tolochenaz, to achieve full deployment of the SmartSync Solution in hospitals.
A Day in the Life
1. Connect and build partnerships with the local CRM Field Team in Spain and EMEA.
2. Implement hardware, software, and connectivity solutions at customer sites, working with hospital IT stakeholders to resolve technical issues and develop deployment plans.
3. Support IT stakeholders with technical questions and test connectivity, including Wi-Fi and data sharing.
4. Validate and test the SmartSync Device Manager solution and printing functionalities.
5. Deliver technical training to customers, either face-to-face or remotely.
6. Support go-live processes, update project plans and KPIs, and manage ordering and contracting with the local CRM Field Team.
7. Work with SHQ and the CRM Field Team to drive account project plans and ensure pipeline planning.
8. Build relationships with target accounts, understand their needs, and support the identification of new business opportunities.
9. Coordinate internally to ensure smooth deployment, ongoing support, and delivery to meet business outcomes.
10. Manage existing clients through full implementation, ensuring satisfaction and system usability.
Must Haves
* 3-5 years of experience in IT consultancy, implementation, or support, preferably in healthcare/hospital environments.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and data privacy in regulated settings.
* Experience training both technical and non-technical customers.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Strong coordination and relationship-building skills, with good soft skills.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Customer-focused, influential, and capable of negotiation.
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
