Medical Science Liaison (Medical Device)

Neuraxpharm is looking for a Medical Science Liaison (Medical Device) based in Barcelona, Spain
Your mission:
1. To provide medical and scientific leadership for medical affairs activities related to epilepsy and neurology, ensuring the scientific credibility of the company’s solution.
2. Support the cross functional teams (marketing, access and sales) with scientific, and clinical expertise, interpreting, and providing insights into the positioning of the company’s products.
3. Gather the customer’s scientific needs and develop local projects and initiatives to improve the understanding and product knowledge.
Your major accountabilities:
Scientific expertise:
4. Deep understanding of the company´s products, therapeutic areas, and scientific literature.
5. Stay up to date on the latest advancements and clinical data, research and treatment guidelines to provide accurate and current information to medical professionals.
6. Organize and lead medical events, symposia, and scientific meetings.
7. Develop relationships with neurologists, epileptologists, and academic institutions.
8. Collect and analyze field medical insights to guide strategic decisions.
Medical education and clinical data communication:
9. Educate medical professionals about the company´s product and their use.
10. Effectively communicate clinical trial data and scientific publications.
11. Support KAMs, Sales reps, Access and marketing teams in scientific communication.
KOL/HCP engagement:
12. Develop external relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and other experts in the field.
13. Engage and participate in scientific discussions and promote collaborations in research projects and clinical trials.
Compliance and Ethics:
14. Operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (ethical guidelines of interactions with medical professionals).
Cross functional collaboration & strategy:
15. Collaborate to align MSL activities with overall company objectives.
16. Provide medical insights and feedback to support the development of medical strategies, product launch plans and marketing materials.
17. Contribute training materials and clinical education initiatives.
We would like you to have:
18. 3 years of previous experience as MSL Regional or global experience of new digital product launches.
19. +2 years working in the Medical Devices industry.
20. Medical or scientific degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine)
21. Existing network with KOLs.
22. Experience in medical affairs or clinical support within the Pharma and Medtech Industry.
23. Knowledge of epilepsy and neurology is highly desirable.
24. Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
25. Ability to translate complex science into practical insights.
26. Experience in supporting other research areas; clinical trials and research collaborations.
27. Cross-functional Collaboration.

29. Fluent in English and Spanish
