We are looking to bring on board a versatile Art Director with strong business acumen to lead the creative quality within the Marketing & Sales area. Act as the first creative quality filter before client delivery: validate that the output meets the visual standard, brand consistency, and brief requirements. On strategic projects, work in close coordination with the Creativity Manager.
Participate in strategic phases: enrich briefs, propose concepts, and define the visual language for each project.
Act as a key point of contact with account teams and end clients on strategic projects (international B2B environment).
Provide structured feedback to the creative team and elevate the overall quality of deliverables.
Solid track record as a generalist AD: digital, print, video, and branding.
Experience supervising creative teams and reviewing deliverables with a focus on brand consistency, technical quality, and brief compliance.
Strong judgment to prioritize and push back when quality or business needs require it.
