Atipika is a real estate agency with 25 years of experience, headquartered on Passeig de Gràcia. Due to the expansion of our Property Management department, we are looking to hire a professional fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English at a native level to join our Property Management team. Work with one of the leading agencies in the real estate sector, specializing in sales, rentals, and property management for both national and international clients.
About the Role
We are looking for a candidate to join the administrative and property management department at our headquarters located at Passeig de Gràcia No. 20.
Responsibilities
Managing utility changes for managed properties
Handling tenant check -in and check-out for managed properties
Answering phone calls and addressing possible requests from owners and tenants
Document and administrative management
Translating documents and handling phone calls in Spanish, Catalan, and English
Working within a department alongside other professionals (training provided by the company)
Providing references from previous jobs
Working hours : 9 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
Well-organized, presentable, and experienced in customer-facing roles
Employment contract according to the current labor agreement
Qualifications
Minimum education : Intermediate Vocational Training - Administrative Management Technician
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with English
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a company
Immediate availability to join the property management and real estate administration department
Required Skills
Catalan – Advanced level (MANDATORY)
English – Advanced level (MANDATORY)
Familiarity with in-house real estate CRM systems
Comfortable with daily use of technology
Experience handling utility changes on behalf of property owners
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude
Team player, reporting to the department manager
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a similar position and references preferred
Employment contract in accordance with the current labor agreement
