Clinical Sales Specialist - Prosthetics
(Remote, based in area of Responsibility. Axiles Bionics is a Brussels-based spin-off from Brubotics (VUB), specializing in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Biomechanics, striving to improve the quality of life with new bionic technologies. Our mission is to bring peace of mind and body to amputees with innovative bionic solutions and outstanding services.
We are looking for a relationship builder—a true people person—with strong commercial acumen and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You will operate the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to clinical demonstrations, product certifications, patient trials, and long-term account management.
This is a sales role with clear revenue targets, where success comes from blending technical insight with strong relationship management.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, fairs, networking, and industry events.
Order Management: Oversee the full sales process, including recording orders in the CRM/ERP system and ensuring seamless collaboration with production and logistics teams.
Independently manage presence at regional trade fairs and industry events to enhance brand visibility. presenting at scientific congresses and major commercial forums as required.
Sales Hunter & Relationship Builder - Y ou are a proactive prospector and a dedicated account manager. You invest in customer relationships by supporting trials, delivering training, and helping CPOs integrate our solutions into their clinical practice. Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in p rosthetics, kinesiology, sports sciences or engineering. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a n established network in prosthetics or orthotics.
Proficiency in the a rea’s local language(s), as well as E nglish. Strong practical tech skills to ensure smooth sales operations in any environment (e.g. connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up a 4G hotspot when needed, etc.)
Proficiency in Google suite, email management, and good CRM practices
Calid driver’s license.
Flexible working hours and a dynamic, open-office culture.
3 interviews of respectively 30, 60 and 90 minutes interview with the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
