Description:
As Automation Engineer you will play a critical role in providing technical support on vision and Automation Systems of our clients and will be responsible for the assembly, installations, troubleshooting and repair of systems and control panels around packaging projects field executions. You will assist in the implementation, testing, commissioning and maintaining of projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
Responsibilities:
* Support in the configuration tasks for automation equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, robotic systems, and SCADA systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Setup and fine-tuning equipment for optimal performance and support FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ as Automation perspective.
* Troubleshooting Rockwell Automation Factory Talk ME/SE.
* Supports packaging project field executions.
* Installs new or modified packaging equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications, including electrical testing and vision system set up.
Requirements:
* Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience in automation and/or projects implementation.
* 60% travel requirement within Europe.
* Ability to understand P&ID drawings, network diagrams, panel layout drawings and electrical schematics.
* Strong Knowledge of control circuits, hardware, software, and system integration.
* Basic understanding of automation technologies and principles, including PLC programming, HMI development, and robotics.
* Experience with Rockwell PLC and HMI software and hardware.
* Able to work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
* Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.
* Ability to compose letters, outlines, and basic reports and/or to orally communicate technical information.
