Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional to join our Brand Activations & Partnerships team on a temporary basis during our peak activation season.
This is a fixed-term role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to gain hands-on experience managing high-impact brand initiatives and strategic sponsorships. The selected candidate will play a key role in the comprehensive management, execution, and follow-up of our sponsorship agreements with sports, brands, music, institutions, and other strategic partners.
The role contributes directly to enhancing brand visibility, generating revenue, and reinforcing our positioning in the market.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
* Provide essential support in the coordination and execution of sponsorship agreements and special brand activations, ensuring all deliverables are met, activations are properly implemented, and brand presence is optimized.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners (advertising and content agencies, event agencies, and partner companies) to assess the feasibility of new projects and amplify them through internal and external channels (corporate communications, PR, digital content, social media, influencer partnerships, etc.).
* Draft clear and detailed briefs for external agencies (creative, media, production) ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals. Work closely with Vueling’s in-house creative and campaign teams.
* Ensure strict adherence to internal processes, including contract management, legal compliance, invoicing, merchandise tracking, and hospitality coordination.
* Oversee creative, media, and production timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
* Manage the creation and administration of promotional codes for barter agreements and troubleshoot any related issues.
* Support the development of innovative and tailored proposals for current and potential partners, identifying mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities.
* Plan and execute the best activations in field: from sports events to music festivals.
* Assist in the detailed measurement and reporting of activation and partnership performance, including ROI analysis to assess impact and derive actionable insights.
Main Relationships
* With the institutions/brands we worked with, Marketing, and Communications, Legal, Commercial, Maintenance, Cabin Crew, Safety, Operations.
Education
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
* Experience: at least 2 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorships, B2B marketing, or business development. Previous experience in activations agencies or communication and marketing agencies will be considered.
* Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Relationship management: strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy professional relationships.
* Analytical Skills: results-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data.
* Tools: strong presentation skills and used to work with PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Monday and other coordination tools
* Previous experience in events coordination and production will be considered.
