Business Analyst - Supply Chain & Data Integration
At Izertis, we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst specialized in Supply Chain Execution to act as the strategic functional architect ensuring the seamless flow of goods and information across a global luxury network. Your mission is to safeguard the technical integrity of sales and distribution data as it moves through complex middleware, connecting Maison supply chain operations with global boutiques and distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- SAP Functional Configuration: Lead hands-on configuration of SAP SD to support complex luxury retail and wholesale supply chain scenarios.
- Interface and Data Flow Mapping: Design and maintain detailed data mappings between SAP and external systems using PI/CPI, ensuring accuracy and zero data loss across the landscape.
- Multi-System Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end flow of sales orders, deliveries, and shipments, ensuring middleware transformations align with business logic and financial requirements.
- Requirement Engineering: Translate high-level supply chain strategies from the Maisons into functional specifications, wireframes, and interface designs.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization: Act as the Tier 3 expert for resolving critical interface failures and data inconsistencies in a high-pressure, multi-system environment.
Technical Skills
- SAP Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of SAP SD, including pricing, ATP, and delivery processing.
- Middleware Knowledge: Proven experience mapping and monitoring data flows through SAP PI/CPI interfaces.
- Logistics Execution: Solid understanding of SAP LE and its integration with sales and finance modules.
- Documentation and Agile: Advanced proficiency in Jira for sprint management and Confluence for technical-functional documentation.
Soft Skills
- Multicultural Communication: Clear and professional communication across integral regions, with the ability to facilitate technical workshops for both developers and business stakeholders.
- High Autonomy: Self-driven professional capable of managing complex interface projects with minimal supervision.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong stakeholder diplomacy skills, balancing middleware constraints with the operational agility required by the Maisons.
Language Requirements
- English: Mandatory. Full professional proficiency required for global coordination and documentation.
- French: A strong asset, highly valued for interaction with Maison logistics teams and French-speaking regions.
Profile and Qualifications
- University degree: in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years as a Business Analyst with strong focus on SAP SD and integration middleware.
- Analytical mindset: Strong analytical mindset with passion for hands-on configuration and data flow optimization.
- Experience: Proven experience in international, multi-site rollout environments within luxury or premium retail sectors.
