Junior Fashion Designer – Athleisure (Maternity Leave Cover)

We are currently looking for a Junior Fashion Designer to join our Athleisure / Freetime Department, focused on fleece and jersey collections. This role is a maternity leave cover, ideal for someone passionate about fashion who wants to develop their design career in a dynamic and creative environment.
The position is based in Tordera (Barcelona).
Your main responsibilities:
* Research fashion trends, runway references, brands and cultural insights to support the development of the collection.
* Design and develop products for fleece and jersey collections, contributing ideas on silhouettes, details, colours and materials.
* Assist in building moodboards, concepts and seasonal inspiration.
* Develop technical drawings and design specifications to communicate clearly with suppliers.
* Support the team throughout the design process, from concept to final product.
* Work closely with product development and other departments to ensure the design vision is translated into the final garment.
How do we imagine you:
You are a creative, curious and detail-oriented fashion designer, passionate about trends and fashion, and eager to grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You also bring:
* 1–3 years of experience in Fashion Design
* Strong interest in womenswear trends
* Good understanding of fabrics, construction and garment development .
* Ability to develop technical drawings and design specifications .
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Fluency in English.
