Desired Characteristics and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an
ML Engineer
to join our team, responsible for technical design and implementation in projects related to AI initiatives for top-tier organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience in:
Defining and implementing technical solutions within AI Platform frameworks and methodologies.
Building AI Platforms aligned with high-level architecture designs, whether cloud-native, hybrid, or on-premises.
Developing CI/CD pipelines to manage the MLOps lifecycle according to client objectives and architecture requirements.
Standardizing methodologies for developing, training, deploying, inference, and monitoring AI use cases.
Addressing challenges in MLOps by providing resources and tools for Data Scientists, enabling model development, retraining, and performance monitoring.
AccountabilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
Ensuring project milestones are met effectively, efficiently, and with high customer satisfaction.
Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts and pipelines for AI Platform management and deployment.
Creating CI/CD pipelines to streamline model development and deployment processes.
Developing custom software integrations with external systems.
Making technical decisions to support AI services.
Candidate ProfileWe want to meet candidates who:
Have 3+ years of experience with AI projects.
Have experience with IaC tools (e.G., CDK, Terraform, Ansible).
Are familiar with CI/CD tools (e.G., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Possess strong coding skills in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
Have worked in startup, corporate, or academic environments deploying AI models.
Are committed to quality and continuous improvement.
Enjoy sharing knowledge with team members.
Valuable SkillsAdditional valued skills include:
Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks.
