Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Full Time
Community Host
to become the face of ILO.This is not a front desk role.This is
premium hospitality + community building
.You will be responsible for how people are welcomed, guided, and remembered.From the first "hello" to the last moment before they leave, you set the tone.
What you will doWelcome every guest with presence, warmth, and attentionDeliver a seamless check-in and onboarding experienceExplain the flow of the space and guide first-time visitorsCreate a sense of belonging from day oneHandle bookings, memberships, and client support via MomenceMaintain the space to the highest standard (clean, calm, intentional)Support sessions and coordinate with guidesBuild relationships with members and recognize returning guestsCollect feedback and spot opportunities to improve the experienceContribute to daily operations and community engagement
