Job DescriptionJoin our Risk & Resilience team and play a key role in strengthening our local risk culture. In this role, you will oversee operational risk incidents, drive effective root‐cause analysis, ensure strong control testing, and maintain high‐quality risk data. Conduct root cause analysis on Operational Risk Incidents.
Support with reviewing and updating operational risk standards, policies and procedures, adapting them to our location.
Provide robust second-line oversight of the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) and control testing program.
Liaise with Compliance team to monitor and analyze the external environment and evolving regulatory landscape (Digital Operational Resilience Act, European Banking Authority, Local Regulation).
Ensure the robust maintenance of the Operational Risk Management System (GRC), with accuracy and completeness of risk data capture.
Lead coordination and provide robust second-line oversight for Business Continuity (BC) planning and testing across all designated FCE geographic locations.
Track and update following internal risk management forums and formal committees on a monthly basis.
Demonstrable experience in a second-line operational risk, operational resilience, business continuity, or related role within the financial services sector is a plus.
High English level required.
