Strong academic foundation in business or engineering : 2 to 4 years of exposure to strategy, transactions, or business analysis allows you to quickly contribute to high-impact initiatives.This helps you evaluate opportunities, structure analyses, and support decision-making with confidence.Fluency in English (C1) : Essential to operate in an international environment and engage with global partners and investors.MBA or advanced business education : Exposure to M&A or transaction environments : Experience in due diligence, deal execution, or corporate development will help you ramp up quickly and take more ownership.Experience working with subsidiaries or multiple business units : This will make it easier to navigate group dynamics and identify synergies across the organization.
