Key Responsibilities
* Project Management:
o Oversee the implementation of business processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
o Develop and execute the project plan, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
o Identify dependencies across functional, technical, and business teams.
o Manage risks and issues associated with SAP implementation.
* Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.
* Communication and Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the main point of contact between business users, data stewards, and technical teams.
o Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
o Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigations.
o Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration‑related issues during implementation and post‑go‑live support.
o Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for business integration discussions, providing updates and insights to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles, with a focus on SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA.
* Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross‑functional IT activities.
* Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
* SAP certification in relevant modules.
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills.
