* Commercial development of the Ceramic Auxiliaries business unit at the location Vila-real in Spain
* Responsible for sales, revenue, and margin development, and sales channel management
* Continuous monitoring of market, competitive, and general conditions
* Development and implementation of successful business area strategies in cooperation with the Ceramic Auxiliaries business division
* Planning of resources to achieve corporate goals
Your profile
* Several years of professional experience in the ceramics industry
* Entrepreneurial thinking and a consistent, strong customer focus
* Strategic and analytical skills paired with strong implementation skills
* Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
* Intercultural competence
* Highly proficient written and spoken English
* Willingness to travel 50%
