WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Your role as a Cyber Analyst will involve supporting cybersecurity initiatives within the company, including defining, executing, and monitoring cyber projects, controls, and daily activities to enhance our defenses against threats.
* Review applications, user modules, lifecycle, recertification processes, exceptions, and approvals in line with Santander policies.
* Develop, implement, and review security controls, documenting scope and objectives.
* Support audit requests, working closely with Compliance, Audit, and Risk partners.
* Review evidence and controls to ensure remedial actions are completed.
* Coordinate cyber technology risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Knowledge of identity tools like Sailpoint, CyberArk, and familiarity with Azure AD and Active Directory.
* Understand network and security devices such as firewalls and IPS.
* Address deficiencies in IAM and collaborate on role definitions and segregation of duties.
* Ensure compliance and support security audits.
* Contribute to the development of methodologies and standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required qualifications:
* Experience in cybersecurity within the financial sector.
* Support and oversight of cyber controls implementation.
* Knowledge of IT security solutions, frameworks, and the business context.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST.
* Experience analyzing cybersecurity events, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
* Experience of at least 5 years with Identity Management and Network Security solutions.
* Experience with SOX controls, Azure & AD management, and ZT environments.
* Skills in access control, security solutions, and compliance analysis.
Preferred skills:
* Technical skills in Unix, Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL, RACF, OS400, etc.
* Certifications such as ISO27001, BS7799, ISACA, CISSP.
* Experience with banking processes.
