Manage the entire lifecycle for software applications, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing. Create and maintain comprehensive code documentation (architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, API specifications) Participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality. Support system FPGA simulations, implementation, and verifications (in MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent). Implement digital signal processing algorithms within the FPGA to efficiently process RF signals from sensing technologies (e.G., EAS). Define and implement robust firmware interfaces with the FPGA such as transfer protocols, control mechanisms, ... Provide risk assessments, suggest and execute feasibility investigations, and guidance for bringing new technology to market. Communicate timely and accurate project status, provide alternate problem resolution ideas.
