**Job Description**:
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing digital marketing activities and deliverables, ensuring all are completed on time and on budget, and align to the client’s strategic business goals. Moreover, interfacing with clients and being the liaison between the client and internal delivery team. As a Digital Project Manager, you would be responsible for supporting the success of meaningful digital projects, including website development, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and other marketing initiatives for various Eurofins businesses.
**POSITION & OBJECTIVES**:
- Advise clients on best practices to capture business opportunities (i.e.: online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase conversion rates; SEO strategies to increase clients’ visibility: etc.). by providing analysis and audits.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client and manage communications, including kick-off and regular status meetings.
- Communicate client requirements to copywriters, developers and/or designers.
- Handle proposals management flow.
- Coordinate all responsible parties to ensure on-time & on-budget deliverables.
- Oversee all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are met.
- Integrate and analyze data from all forms to provide insights and show ROI achieved.
**Qualifications**:
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Commercial mindset, business acumen
- Strong client management & relationship building skills. Agency experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated professional experience of managing digital projects, such as creation of websites, landing pages, online campaigns and SEO. Strong understanding of UX.
- Experience working cross-functionally with strategists, UX designers, developers and other disciplines.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, solution oriented and proactive mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics & Microsoft Office product suite
