Location: Remote (EMEA Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Mid-Senior Compensation: Competitive Base Salary Meaningful Equity What You'll Do Partner Leadership; Own strategic healthcare partnerships end-to-end Lead engagements from initial scoping through live operations Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, health system leaders, and government stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle Deployment & Operations; Design and execute deployment strategies for AI-powered healthcare solutions Coordinate across engineering, clinical, operations, and product teams Ensure successful implementation and adoption within complex healthcare environments Solve operational challenges as they arise Playbook Development; Build deployment frameworks and operational standards Establish best practices for future deployments Document repeatable processes and scalable operating models Shape how the company approaches enterprise partnerships Strategic Growth; Support pipeline generation and commercial discussions Participate in partner discovery and solution design Help identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts Contribute to overall company strategy and operational development Requirements Experience deploying complex technology solutions within regulated industries Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments Clinical literacy and understanding of healthcare delivery systems Experience managing enterprise-level partnerships Strong operational execution capabilities Ability to work directly with senior healthcare executives What We're Looking For You find paths forward when no obvious solution exists.
