**Description**:
You will report to the Director Solution Sales Engineering EMEA, who is based in Milan, Italy.
**As Sales Engineer, you will**:
- Act as internal Post-Sales technical escalation path for more complicated client issues.
- Liaise with Account Executives and enterprise leaders to identify technical solutions to grow client business.
- Partake in strategy and planning throughout the sales cycle for both current and prospective accounts and provide solution calculations to evaluate sales against revenue/margin targets.
- Own and drive the technical requirements of RFI/RFP responses.
**Requirements**:
- University Degree in a technical field.
- 3 + years’ experience from presales, solution engineer, solution specialist, or equivalent customer facing role in mobile, telecom, software or related industry.
- Proven track record of successful customer engagement on enterprise and C-level.
- Expert knowledge in end-to-end processes/solution matching.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to adapt your message depending on audience’s technical level.
- Language: Fluency in business English and Spanish both written and spoken, other languages will be a plus.
- Project Management experience is an advantage
- Experience from a hands-on technical role is a big plus
