Requirements
\n
PhD and 5+ years industry clinical pharmacology
\n
CNS ideally but not mandatory
\n
Phase 1 experience – involvement in first‑in‑human SAD/MAD studies for small molecules
\n
Early clinical execution – xugodme running Phase 1 studies and managing CROs
\n
Cross‑functional work with regulatory exposure (FDA / EMA)
