Execute global and hub strategies at the country level with precision and alignmentProvide strategic insights and feedback to shape global and regional plansIdentify and mitigate country-specific risks in systems and processesLead local implementation and optimization of global systems and toolsAnalyse and communicate country metrics to leadership and stakeholdersChampion data quality initiatives across clinical systems and platformsDrive innovation and change management to enhance study executionDevelop and deliver country-specific communication and transformation plansSupport cross-functional resource planning and operational excellenceMonitor external trends and regulations to inform strategic decisionsEssential for the role :
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences;
advanced degree in scientific or business field preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, in clinical researchProven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage change in complex environmentsStrong understanding of global and local drug development regulations and standardsExperience with performance management and productivity improvement projectsSkilled in analysing data and generating actionable business insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsFluent in English;
knowledge of local language is an advantageDesirable for the role :
