Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to support the adaptation, optimization, and further development of our abas ERP system according to operational requirements. Key responsibilities include:
* Creating and maintaining scripts, reports, and interfaces within the ERP system.
* Implementing business processes in abas.
* Collaborating closely with specialist departments to identify and implement IT solutions.
* Supporting rollouts and the implementation of new modules or functions.
* Analyzing and correcting errors in the ERP system and supporting system documentation.
* Administering the Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Office, Telephony, Defender, Intune) to meet organizational goals regarding security, reliability, and usability.
* Assisting users with questions and issues related to the Microsoft 365 Suite.
* Backing up and restoring the Microsoft 365 tenant using appropriate methods.
* Creating and maintaining documentation for internal IT requirements and end users.
* Coordinating with co-determination committees for the introduction and configuration of new Microsoft 365 services.
* Communicating with service providers.
Your Profile
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in ERP system development and support.
* Experience in administering a Microsoft 365 tenant or a Microsoft on-premises/hybrid environment.
* Understanding of business processes and their mapping in ERP systems.
* Experience with interface connection and database management (e.g., REST-API, MariaDB, MSSQL).
* Knowledge of Linux (Debian), virtualization (KVM/qemu), bash scripting, and related technologies.
* Analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong project, communication, and teamwork skills, with an independent working style.
* Customer and service-oriented mindset with high teamwork skills.
* Structured and conscientious work approach, with good self-organization and time management skills.
* Business fluency in German and good communication skills in English are advantageous.
